Time to think about gift ideas for the special women of our lives, with a bunch of different options and different price range to choose from, I want to share a good couple of kits and sets that I found it could make a nice present.
That time of the year arrived and Christmas shopping started for many, although I’m the kind that do it at the very last minute, anyway I’m doing couple of gift guides with products I personally use and recommend and others that I consider useful and nice and won’t end up collecting dust in a corner. Niche perfume brands are increasing more and more their participation in the market, but very few of them offer sample sizes to try them out, many times we do have to go to specialised perfumes stores that we have to be honest if you are not in London (or any big city) you would find it a bit complicated and in some cases expensive to get there, another factor is how many fragrances we can properly try in one go till our nose lose track of everything. There I was … the last time I visited Victoria Coach Station it was four years ago during the winter to take the National Express to Inverness and start an adventure alone.
Returning to the station brought me many memories even when it has changed a lot, probably just like me. My story with removal has been always been a big drama for me, my skin is olive during the summer and pale during the winter and my hair is dark brown which makes any non pleasant to see hair very easy to actually see. I always struggled with hair removal methods, I always saw other girls saying so happily that they shave their legs or under arms and they look flawless, in my case the shaved legs for example would last me a day, the next one I would actually start to feel them like sand paper plus my legs would get full of ungrown hair. Waxing also never was good for me, my skin is very sensitive and even when the wax was almost cold still it managed to leave dark marks on my skin and it was not really good removing hair. Creams: same result as shaving, Little Classic Machines: This ones helped to make the hair growing a bit slower but I cannot resist the pain so much so normally I ended up doing half of my legs and shaving the other half.
