Review: Olverum, Pure Radiance Facial Oil

Facial oils are products I have integrated to my daily skin care routine as a way to nourish my skin and seal the routine to avoid transepidermal water loss, how days the formulas developed allow any skin type to be able to use them and this time I tried a facial oil from the brand Olverum, I never really tried the brand before but I knew they have a good focus on spa and well being. Review: Kiehl’s, Calendula Petal-Infused Calming Mask

When it comes to skincare routine I exfoliate my face twice a week, so after that I keep going with a serum and moisturiser although I tend to replace the moisturiser with a overnight mask as I consider them to nourish far better specially after an exfoliation, so far my favourites are the ones from Kiehl’s, this time I tried out the Calendula Petal-Infused Calming Mask. Perfume Review: Toy 2 by Moschino

And it came back, the famous Moschino teddy bear that looks quite cute, Toy 2 has a lovely bottle design in my opinion nicer and more practical than the first Toy perfume, there is also a black bottle which is the masculine version and heard good things about it too, but so far this is the first fragrance I try from the brand, the bottle already got me but I’m actually quite curious how the fragrance is and how it performance. Review: Thalgo, Spiruline Boost Skincare Collection

Probably you have already heard before about Spirulina supplements for the body, is actually considered a super food that contains a large amount of essential nutrients. In case you never heard about it, spirulina is a blue green algae that can be collected from the surface of the lakes and for so many years it has been used merely as dietary supplement but as the beauty industry keep researching for new ingredients today we can start to see it on skincare products due to the all the benefits on the skin spirulina has shown to have. Review: Bioderma, Atoderm Body Care Routine For Normal, Dry And Atopic Skin

For so many years I didn’t really pay attention to what I have been using as body cream or shower gel, I have to admit that most of the time I used to choose highly scented products, never read the ingredients list, it was like the only part of my skin that deserved good treatment was my face and totally left my body aside. It was not till I got a bit of eczema due to the harsh products I was using on my skin but also to wash my clothes that I ended up being more selective and lately had an urticaria caused by stress so really had to be careful with my body care routine to don’t make the condition even worst. Continue reading “Review: Bioderma, Atoderm Body Care Routine For Normal, Dry And Atopic Skin”

Review: Antipodes, Manuka Honey Skin Care Collection

My skincare routine has been quite exciting lately since I have included three products from the New Zealander brand Antipodes, not only for the ingredients, also many of their products are vegetarian (some even vegan), it’s a natural sustainable brand with a deep connection with natural ingredients and ecological awareness proof of that is that all their packaging is recyclable. Continue reading “Review: Antipodes, Manuka Honey Skin Care Collection”

Continue reading “Review: Thalgo, Prodige des Océans Le Masque”

Review: IT Cosmetics, Confidence in a Cleanser

Every time I used to talk about IT Cosmetics was mostly about their make up range but never really tried their skincare products that the vast majority have been released in the last two years so they are still a bit new plus the latest launches. Considering that IT cosmetics is a brand quite focused on very sensitive skin, eczema and rosacea mainly I decided to give it a try, I don’t suffer from a very severe redness but is there specially when I use harsh products or the weather makes my skin getting quite sensitive, I normally have combination type but lately it has been quite dry. Continue reading “Review: IT Cosmetics, Confidence in a Cleanser”

Review: Kiehl’s, Daily Refining Milk-Peel Toner

IMG-20200728-WA0010

I love when new type of products show up in the market with new formulas, textures… specially if we are talking about toners, some people consider them unnecessary mostly because they have an inaccurate concept about what a toner does or they tend to think about the first ones in the market that were pure alcohol with fragrance, I remember them when I was a teenager with oily skin and acne and how much damage they caused. Continue reading “Review: Kiehl’s, Daily Refining Milk-Peel Toner”

Review: Rene Furterer, Karite Nutri Intense Nourishing Shampoo and Mask

IMG_0738

One of the main issues I always had with my hair was the fact of how dry and damaged it always is, I always try different products but the fact that most of them have silicons that shows a fake healthy effect on hair is basically cheat to myself and make the issue even bigger so I decided to go back to some products I have tried before and worked well and as I repurchased it again i wanted to share so you will know what silicon-free products for the hair are out there. Continue reading “Review: Rene Furterer, Karite Nutri Intense Nourishing Shampoo and Mask”

Review: Bioderma, Photoderm AKN Mat SPF 30

IMG-20200705-WA0000

Because nothing looks better at your fifties than sunscreen in your twenties, actually if you start earlier even better. SPF such a topic to speak about, I’m actually writing a guide with all the information as there are so many myths and inaccurate information about this step, one I would share right now, SPF has to be used the entire year not just in the summer, even if it’s cloudy. Continue reading “Review: Bioderma, Photoderm AKN Mat SPF 30”

Perfume Review: Molecule 05 & Escentric 05 by Escentric Molecules

Untitled-1

Book: Back Chat Beauty, The Beauty Guide for Real Life

20200417_080330

Because life is full of beauty hacks is always nice to have a book from where we can go back time to time to check certain information. I can only remember myself back in high school, totally clueless of how to look after my skin, my terrible make up techniques, I mean..damn! I wish books like this and the whole social media was so available back then, but now is good to refresh some knowledge with this beauty.
