The body butters from The Body Shop are one of my absolute favourites, the texture, the fragrance, Vegan and now they renovated the line creating a better eco friendly packaging and Fair Trade ingredients from around the world.
Exfoliating the body is probably one of the most satisfying things to do in the shower, obviously don’t do it everyday because the skin needs its microbiome but once or twice a week is more than enough, I tend to quite careful with the type of body polishes I use because I don’t want to damage my skin by using something too aggressive, this why today I come with a wonderful recommendation that is not only friendly with our bodies but also with the environment.

For so many years I didn’t really pay attention to what I have been using as body cream or shower gel, I have to admit that most of the time I used to choose highly scented products, never read the ingredients list, it was like the only part of my skin that deserved good treatment was my face and totally left my body aside.
