Review: Omorovicza, Queen of Hungary Evening Mist

In the skincare world Omorovicza is a well established luxury brand an probably the most famous product from the brand is the Queen of Hungary mist, a multitasking face mist that I personally tend to use it mostly in my morning routine. Well now the brand decided to release the Queen of Hungary night mist to add an extra to our night skincare routine, so today we will see what makes an interesting option for our night skincare routine

Several times I talked about how facial mists and thermal water could be such a game changer to bring any tired looking skin back to life early morning, but what about before going to sleep? Well our body starts a restorative process every time we go to sleep and this includes the largest organ from our body: the skin. The Queen of Hungary Evening Mist enhances the restorative quality of sleep for skin. Combining antioxidant-rich cannabidiol, melatonin and magnesium salts with calming lavender extract and The Healing Concentrate, this pre-pillow facial mist prepares skin for a full night of optimal repair. At night, skin is in repair mode with the barrier being more permeable, due to a reduction in sebum production, meaning that active ingredients are able to penetrate more easily.

Personal experience

It was actually the first time I tried a product like this, a night mist to help on the skin recovering while I sleep, I’m normally not a person with sleeping issues, but I have to admit since last year and life being upside down sometimes I don’t sleep well or I wake up with a exhausting look mostly reflected on a tired and dull skin. I improved my sleep quality probably because I felt more relaxed on the minutes previous to fall asleep and waking up with a proper rested fresh look in my face also helping to improve the natural glow.

I think is good addition to any night skincare routine not only for its active ingredients to help on a resting recovery action over the skin but to improve the results of the rest of the products we use on our routine, definitely worth give it a try.

Omorovicza, Queen of Hungary Evening Mist comes in 50 ml for £55 and is available at the Omorovicza Website and Cult Beauty
