As I was reviewing fragrances that are far more suitable for the summer time but long lasting I was asked about options to use once we all get back to the office or indoor working places where we have to be considerate with others not getting a headache but smell gorgeous if someone get close to us.
The option I bring today is Bright Crystal by Versace, a fragrance that was released in 2006 and became a classic from the house for the warm weather.
NOTES:
- Top Notes: Yuzu, Pomegranate, Water Notes
- Heart Notes: Magnolia, Peony, Lotus
- Base Notes: Musk, Amber, Mahogany
DETAILS:
- Gender: Feminine
- Concentration: Eau de Toilette
- Olfactory Family: Fresh Floral
- Perfumer: Alberto Morillas
Bright Crystal opens up quite refreshing with the aquatic notes, the yuzu and pomegranate but after five minutes it becomes completely floral with a predominant peony on it, as it dries down the floral notes become a bit powdery with the musk and together with the amber and mahogamy it become a soapy clean floral, a perfect addition for anyone who just came out of the shower and want to keep that clean feeling with a floral touch. The fruity notes are there just at the beginning but Bright Crystal is a pure floral scent, is not extraordinary like other fragrances from Versace is mostly an option for people who wants something simple and easy to wear everyday but with a decent duration, in this case is 6 hours on skin and 1 day on clothes, the sillage and projection aren’t offensive which makes it a perfect option to wear indoors.
I would say this is a safe blind purchase if you are looking for an everyday fragrance, is quite young and joyful without any complexity.
