Lancome released a new mascara called Lash Idôle, keeping the name of the latest fragrance from the brand and the rose gold packaging. We get an addition to the Hypnose, Mon Monsieur classics. So we will check what is the concept that makes this mascara different from the other ones the brand already have.
Something new is gel formula that gives a light effect to the lashes and also helps to easily remove the product also is Infused with white tea extract for conditioning, when I you hold the product you would probably think “this is empty” but no the formula and the packaging have a totally different concept from what we are use to see in mascaras.
About the brush design also it changed and this a concept I have seen in other brands too a thinner and curved brush
Compared to Hypnose for example this mascara feels smoother and far lighter even after 3 or 4 coats, I didn’t struggle to remove it with a pad and micellar water, the curved and thinner shape at the beginning didn’t convince me but they ended up being actually quite handy, I managed to give a proper shape and lift to my lashes as I’m not too keen on using eyelash curlers, never felt comfortable using them.
So far this is a new generation in formula and brush design and really liked the results.
The Lash Idôle Mascara is £23.50 and is available at Lancome Website and Lookfantastic
