I love when new type of products show up in the market with new formulas, textures… specially if we are talking about toners, some people consider them unnecessary mostly because they have an inaccurate concept about what a toner does or they tend to think about the first ones in the market that were pure alcohol with fragrance, I remember them when I was a teenager with oily skin and acne and how much damage they caused.
Lately I have been trying out this new Kiehl’s Daily Refining Milk-Peel Toner, a bi-phasic exfoliating toner formulated with Lipo-Hydroxy Acid and 23% Emollients, including Almond Milk, lightly exfoliates and targets dead skin cells while replenishing the skin’s moisture levels for a clear complexion and a smooth, comfortable feel.

What is it and How to use it
This is a exfoliating toner, gentle enough for everyday use, Inspired by Korean “Milk Peel” dermatologist treatments, the plus of this product is for clarifying and smooth the skin. Far more gentle and with better results than Glycolic acid toners. the main ingredients are Lipo-Hydroxy Acid (a derivative of Salicylic Acid. The formula is enriched with Lipo-Hydroxy Acid and gently exfoliates to reveal brighter, clearer-looking skin) and almond milk to bring a good moisture and softness. This is bi-phasic formula so you need to give it a good shake before use it, It can be use everyday twice a day I personally only use toner in the night and already managed to work pretty well.
From my personal experience and looking at the ingredients list is a product that I loved, worked really well with my complicated skin and I totally repurchase, it’s a bit pricey but in the same sense haven’t crossed to anything similar in the western market yet.
