Review: Cover FX Contour Kit

Today I want to share with you one of the contour kits I have been loving lately: the Cover FX Contour Kit, it’s available in 6 different tones which its amazing as I haven’t seen other brand that offers this variety of shades to properly match every skin tone, this is something always Cover FX keep in mind when they elaborate their foundations, concealers, etc.

The pros know the secret to an expertly contoured complexion is a combination of the perfect shades and a cream texture that leaves a real-skin finish.  This kit contains 4 ultra-blendable cream shades including a light contour, deep contour, highlighter, and illuminator allowing you to sculpt, strobe, and highlight your features. The Contour Kit comes in six global shades based on depth and undertone, so every skin has an ideal match.  A step-by-step instruction card is included to ensure perfect pro results.

My Experience

I think it’s nice the fact you can actually choose from a 6 different shades to fix the skin tone and get a more natural contour finish, most brands have only 2. The fact that its creamy makes the shades easy to blend and get a natural result, also if you are a newbie with makeup or just like me you are not very handy using the brushes you might find creamy contour products easier to blend and have less chances of making a mistake compared to powders specially if these ones are too chalky.

The results with cover effect are more a nude or natural finish, if these is the type of makeup you fancy or you are looking for a everyday contour palette then this one would fit perfectly.

Something to keep in mind too is that Cover FX is a Cruelty Free and Vegan brand

Does it worth the price? Totally.
